OUR APPROACH

A clear process from assessment to operation

Every project starts with understanding what the system needs to do. Our EPC process provides a structure for defining the solution, agreeing the work, and delivering the installation.

  1. Consultation

We discuss your objectives, location, current electricity requirements, and any concerns you want the project to address. This establishes the starting point for assessment.

  2. Site survey

The site is reviewed for the conditions relevant to the proposed work. Depending on the project, this may include available space, access, existing electrical infrastructure, and installation constraints.

  3. Engineering design

The proposed configuration is developed around the assessed requirements. Equipment, layouts, and associated engineering works are considered together.

  4. Proposal and financial analysis

The proposal sets out the planned scope and commercial terms. Where financial projections are included, their assumptions and relevant inputs should be clear.

  5. Procurement

Equipment and materials are sourced in line with the agreed specifications and delivery requirements.

  6. Installation

Installation and associated site works proceed according to the project plan, with attention to coordination, workmanship, and safety.

  7. Testing and commissioning

The installed system is checked and commissioned within the agreed scope before handover.

  8. After-sales service

Ongoing support and maintenance requirements are addressed according to the service arrangements for the project.

What to prepare for your first discussion

Your location and a brief description of the project are enough to begin. Depending on the service, we may also request recent electricity bills, available plans, equipment details, site photographs, or a defined scope of work.

A proposal built around the actual requirements

Project schedules, inclusions, exclusions, and support arrangements are established for each engagement. The assessment helps ensure these discussions are based on the conditions of your site.
