2. What personal data we collect

When you send a project inquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you type in:

• your full name;
• your company or organisation (optional);
• your email address;
• your phone number (optional);
• your project location;
• the service you are interested in; and
• the project details you choose to describe.

If you start a chat with us on WhatsApp from this website (the chat button or the contact page), your message goes to ENERGEON through WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes your phone number and messages under its own terms and privacy policy. We use what you send only to respond to you.

Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers or financial account details) in the form. If we need documents such as electricity bills or site plans, we will ask for them separately.

We also use website analytics to understand how visitors use this site, for example which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser, the approximate location, and how visitors arrived. This information is collected through cookies or similar technologies by [analytics tool name, to be confirmed] and is used in aggregate to improve the website. Our hosting provider may also keep routine server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

3. Why we use your data

4. Who receives your data

Your inquiry is received by ENERGEON staff who handle enquiries and project assessments. We use Hostinger to host this website and to provide our email. A copy of each inquiry is also sent to a secondary company mailbox as a backup. These providers may process your data only to provide those services to us.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep inquiry details for up to twenty-four (24) months after our last contact with you. If your inquiry becomes a project, we keep the related records for as long as needed to deliver and support the project and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

6. Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to:

• be informed about how your personal data is processed;
• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or outdated data;
• object to processing, or withdraw your consent where we rely on it;
• request that your data be suspended, blocked, removed or destroyed in the circumstances the law allows;
• request a copy of your data in a commonly used format, where applicable; and
• claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

This website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. We limit access to inquiry details to the people who need them.
